Working with the Owner,
the Architect intends to design the proposed building by
participating in meetings discussing and illustrating the
Owner's program, budget, and any site/zoning restrictions.
The Architect shall incorporate these concepts into a Series
of Sketches, then Drawings and Specifications, giving qualified
Building Contractors the necessary direction for completing
the intended building in strict accordance with Contract
and Building Code.
